Inaugurations, Mahilla sabhas mark end of B2V3 Ist phase

REASI, Oct 4: Inauguration of newly completed works, marathon Mahilla and Bal Sabhas besides Grah Pravesh ceremonies across 49 Panchayats marked the end of the first phase of the third edition of the ambitious “Back to Village program” in the Reasi district.
The visiting officers inaugurated the works completed under the languishing projects scheme, 14 FC, MGNREGA, B2V2 and organized Grah Pravesh ceremonies for the beneficiaries.
The visiting officers chaired the special Mahila and Bal Sabhas where several issues related to women and children were discussed in detail. The visiting officers listened to the grievances projected by the PRIs and locals at the gram sabhas and assured redress of the same in a phased manner.
The visiting officers apprised that the ambitious Back to Village programme aims at to bridge the gap between the administration and the public as also to collect real-time feedback to tailor the schemes and plans in consonance with the needs of rural people.
They also made the masses aware about the Government schemes and asked them to come forward and reap the benefits of the same.
