Jammu, Oct 4: President National Cricket Club lauded the all-round performance of Abdul Samad, Members of the club. Members of the National Cricket Club, one of the oldest and top club of J&K (UT) was upbeat as Abdul Samad, a member of the club groomed and overturned at M.A Stadium and Science College hostel Ground gave an all-round performance in the ongoing IPL at Dubai. Prof. (Dr) Ashutosh Sharma, President of the Club, lauded the performance of Abdul Samad and in a message asked him to keep it up. Prof. Sharma, former chairman of JKCA, himself a Ranji Player was quite optimistic about Samad being a regular member of Sunrisers Hyderabad and will play all the remaining matches of IPL. Abdul Samad, who was accorded a warm send-off by the club members before loving for participation assured the President and Members that he will came up to their expectations and will give his all out to keep the flag high of the Club, J&K UT and the Country. The meeting function was also attended by S. Kanwaljit Singh, Sanjay Sharma, Ravi Kant and Ranjit Bali former captain of J&K Ranji team. Prof. Sharma assured the members that Abdul Samad will be honoured on his return in a glittering ceremony at Jammu. |
