JAMMU, Oct 7: Convenor, United Democratic Alliance, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajiv Mahajan appreciated Co-convenor, Jaswinder Singh (Kuku) for voluntarily helping in cremation of COVID-19 patient at Jogi Gate, Jammu.
“GOD bestowed upon me the right to perform the cremation of S Devi as her family refused to do so. May her soul rest in peace,” Jaswinder said.
“Gold ornaments worn at the time of admission by a coronavirus positive woman, who succumbed at a Government Medical College Hospital Jammu, have gone missing,” Jaswinder Singh added.
UDA Convenor demanded investigation in the matter as where are the gold ornaments of the deceased women were gone. He said strict action would be taken against those found guilty.
