JAMMU, Oct 7: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sushma Chauhan today visited Pallanwala in Akhnoor to take stock of arrangements being made for Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha’s visit to the area in connection with ongoing B2V3 program.
SDM Khour, Anil Thakur, Joint Director Information Jammu Namrita Dogra, ACD Amit Vermani and concerned district officers of various departments accompanied the DC.
The Concerned departments were asked to ensure safe drinking water and uninterrupted power supply at the venue during the programme .
The deputy commissioner stressed upon the officers to ensure all necessary arrangements well in time by maintaining close coordination among different agencies.
Deputy Commissioner also took stock of the arrangements for traffic management, sanitation, seating arrangements, medical facilities and other arrangements being put in place by various departments.
