JAMMU, Oct 16: J&K High Court on the approval of recommendations of the Committee for High Court Staff constituted by the Chief Justice ordered promotions in the different cadres of the High Court staff.
Mohammad Yasin Beighr Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary is temporarily promoted as Registrar in the Pay Level-13A (131100-216600) notionally w.e.f. 01.05.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the vacancy caused due to the retirement of
Durga Dass. Baldev Raj, Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary is temporarily promoted as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary in the Pay Level-13 (123100-215900) notionally w.e.f, 01.05.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the vacancy caused due to promotion of Mohammad Yasin Beigh as Registrar. Yash Paul Sharma and Omkar Raina, Bench Secretaries are temporarily promoted as Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretaries in the pay Level-12 (78800-209200) against the vacancies caused due to promotion of Baldev Raj as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary and retirement of PS Jamwal. The effect of their promotions shall be notionally w.e.f. 01.05.2020 and 01.08.2020 respectively and monetarily from the date of order.
Suhail Jan, Fida Ahmad Dar & Suresh Kumar, Readers are temporarily promoted as Bench Secretaries in the pay Level-11 (67700-208700) against the vacancies caused due to reversion of Saima Maqbool to the post of Reader on 30.12.2019; promotion of Pankaj Kumar Gupta as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary on 10.04.2020 and promotion of Yash Paul Sharma as Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary on 01.05.2020. The effect of their promotions shall be notionally w.e.f. occurrence of vacancy and monetarily from the date of order.
Meghna Shalla, Assistant Registrar-II is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-I in the pay Level-8A (50700-160600) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the vacancy caused due to the retirement of Shashi Koul on 30.06.2020. Consequent upon the acceptance of representation of Saima Maqbool, Reader, regarding change of her cadre she has been placed in the seniority list of Section Officers’ cadre below Anita Kumari and above Showkat Hussain Qadri. Now, she is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-I in the pay Level-8 (47600-151100) notionally w.e.f. 01.04.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the available vacancy due to retirement of Sham Lal, Assistant Registrar-II on 31.03.2020.
Consequent upon High Court Order No. 1032 dated 30.17.2019 she has performed the duties of Reader no recovery of pay shall be made from her on account of her retrospective relegation to the lower post of Section Officer. Showkat Hussar Qadri, Section Officer is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-II in the pay Level-8 (47600 -- 151100) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the available vacancy caused due to promotion of Meghna Shalla as Assistant Registrar-I. Vinod Kumar, Senior Scale Stenographer is temporarily promoted as Private Secretary in the pay Level-8 (47600-151100) notionally w.e.f. 20.03.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the available vacancy caused due to the promotion of Karam Chand as Secretary. Ghulam Hassan Dar, Court Officer is temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the pay Level-7 (44900¬142400) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the vacancy caused due to promotion of Showkat Hussain Qadri. Sanjeev Kumar, Head Assistant is temporarily promoted as Court Officer in the pay Level- 6E (35900¬113500) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the vacancy caused due to promotion of Ghulam Hassan Dar as Section Officer. Mohammad Hanief Bhat, Senior Assistant is temporarily promoted as Head Assistant in the pay Level- 6B (35600-112800) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the available vacancies caused due to promotion of Sanjeev Kumar as Court Officer and Abdul Rashid Malik, Junior Assistant is temporarily promoted as Senior Assistant in the pay Level-5 (29200¬92300) notionally w.e.f. 01.07.2020 and monetarily from the date of order, against the available vacancies caused due to promotion of Mohammad Hanief Bhat as Head Assistant.
