DDC Ramban reviews arrangements for AA Panchayat exam

RAMBAN, Nov 3: District Development Commissioner, Nazim Zai Khan, today presided over the training programme organized to impart Accounts Assistant Panchayat Examination related guidance to designated District Superintendents and Coordinators.
He also reviewed the arrangements being made by the different departments for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written examination for Accounts Assistant (AA), Panchayat being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Ashok Sharma; ACR, Dhirender Sharmam; CEO, Vinod Koul; Dy.SP, Headquarter, ARTO, Principals of various institutions and representatives of government and private institutions attended the meeting.
At the outset, the ADC was informed that the examination shall be held on November 10, (Tuesday) from 12 noon to 2 pm at 28 examination centers in the district.
It was decided that Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and supervisors shall be engaged for the purpose, besides required invigilators as per the requirement of one invigilator for 24 students through randomizations, while Magistrates shall also be appointed at all 28 examination centers. ‘It was also informed that videograpy of the examination process would be done in all 28 examination centers.
The Chief Education Officer was directed to provide a list of 200 teachers for deploying as invigilators after randomization. The Assistant Regional Transport Officer was directed to provide vehicles for ferrying of examination papers from the strong room to the examination center. He was also asked to submit a transport plan immediately.
The Health authorities were directed to ensure implementation of SPOs issued by the government to prevent COVID-19 infections at examination centers. The aspirants would not be allowed to carry mobile phones and other electronic devices inside the exam center.
