SAMBA, Nov 3: District administration samba today hosted a training programme on the implementation of Public Financial Management System (PFMS), here at conference hall, DC office.
The Chief Planning Officer, Sukhleen Kour conducted the PFMS Training sponsored by PFMS Directorate J&K, office of the comptroller general of the accounts, ministry of finance Govt. of India. The training programme was attended by the different implementing agencies of the centrally sponsored scheme Border Area Development Programme (BADP).
The participants actively engaged in the doubt clearing session, had a firsthand experience on operation of PFMS portal besides the session on operation, handling and transferring of public finance through PMFS mode.
The participants in the training programme included Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Medical Officer, Executive Engineer PWD, PHE, JPDCL, Irrigation and block development officers of the district. |
