Jammu, Nov 5: JKNPP President, Balwant Singh Mankotia in consultation with Prof. Bhim Singh Chief Patron--JKNPP and Harsh Dev Singh Chairman--JKNPP appointed Kumar Sambhav, a film maker, as Secretary-Cultural Affairs in JKNPP who shall look after cultural unit of JKNPP. He will constitute a culture team of artists.
Sambhav joined the Panthers Party yesterday and was enrolled in the party by the NPP Supremo on 4th November, 2020 at JKNPP Headquarters, Jammu. |
