Jammu, Nov 5: Stephens College of Nursing (under the aegis of Dr. Aparna Education Trust ) conducted 2nd Series Of Webinar on the theme ‘Health Care Delivery System in India. It was commenced after the grand success of 1st Series of 3 days Webinar on ‘World Heart Day’ which was held last month. The 2nd Series of Webinar was conducted under the guidance & supervision of Prof. Muni Dhar ( Principal SCON & Organizing Secretary of the event ) & Major Kotru (Administrator SCON & Organizing Chairperson of the event.) They also congratulated the Faculty Members of SCON for presenting the Webinar in stupendous manner. A Huge numbers of Participants from different Institutions & Universities attended this Webinar with zeal & enthusiasm. Stephens College of Nursing is the first Nursing College who has taken such a great initiative to organize these Webinar. The Webinar was commenced with the warm welcome speech by Miss Nancy Thakur (Nursing Tutor SCON) which was followed by a remarkable speech of Mrs Muni Dhar (Principal SCON. She inspired everyone to remain healthy & fit. The main motto of conducting this Webinar is to cognizant & acquaint the people about the Health Care Delivery System in India. The Eminent Speakers of the Webinar were Mr. P. Vezumuni, M.Sc. (N) Community Health Nursing (Assistant Professor Stephens College of Nursing) & Dr Mehmooda Regu, P.hd, Medical Surgical Nursing, M.Sc.(N) Community Health Nursing (Principal & Professor of Alamdar College of Nursing International University for Science & Technology) Vote of Thanks was proposed by Miss Shilpa Thakur (Nursing Tutor SCON). The webinar was co-ordinated by Kavita Rana (SNA Incharge SCON) All the participants were awarded with an E-Certificate after the event .The Webinar was very stupendous & block –busting. It went very smoothly with the support of Sahil Verma (Technical Expert), the faculty members & students of Stephens College of Nursing also played a vital role in making the Webinar glorious & a grant event. The 3rd series of the webinar will also be conducted in the month of December.
