| Muslim community delegation calls on Kavinder, reposes faith in BJP | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 18: Showing undaunted faith in the functioning of Bharatiya Janata Party leadership which has earnestly won the confidence of communities of all hues and spectrums, a delegation of Scheduled Tribe community members called on senior leader of BJP and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta here on Wednesday and vowed to support BJP in the upcoming DDC polls ensuring thumping majority to the party and debacle of its opponents like never before.
Speaking to the delegation comprising Ch Haroon ST State President, Ch Roshan Hussain ST State General Secretary Mohd Shafi ST State Secretary and Ch Mukhtaar ST State Vice-President, the former deputy chief minister made it clear that BJP is a national level political outfit with track record of keeping national interest on priority. He said that whosoever in the country is batting for nationalism is a friend of BJP and the party will go out of the way to support and nurture that entity to grow and become part of country's development journey in whatsoever manner. He also cleared doubt about his party being non-aligned to any faction or religion.
After the healthy discussion with the ST leadership and Kavinder Gupta the visitors expressed gratitude to the host and promised to support BJP in the upcoming DDC elections so that unaccomplished goals become a reality and J&K once again become vibrant region of the world which tops the rank of most desirable tourist destination in the world. |
