JAMMU, Nov 26: Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that for re-jumpering at loc. No. 10 of 132KVD/C Gladni-Kalakote Transmission Line, the power supply to Bahufort, Bawa and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 27 from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. Similarly, for branch cutting/preventive maintenance, the power supply to Shahpur, Tikri, Gurudwara Basti, Gho Manhasan, Rathoa, Kaluchak, Mahavir Basti, Marh Halkq, Kullian, Gangori, Gadiradore, Charagarli, Gajansoo Gangu Chak, Naibasti, Chinore Farm Bathore and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 27 from 9 am to 2 pm. Likewise, the power supply to Top Paloura, Part of Barnai Muthi, Vinayak Nagar, Barnai, Neter Kothe, Palora BSF, MES Domana, PHE Muthi, Roop Nagar and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 28 from 9 am to 12 noon. Similarly, the power supply to Bhalwal, Kote, Bantlalab, Durga Nagar, Keran, Thather, Jagti, Nagrota, PHE, Migrant Colony, Bamya, KattalBatal, Sainik School, Roop Nagar, Lower Roop Nagar, Housing Colony, Chinor, Durga Nagar, Buta Nagar and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 28 from 10 am to 2 pm.Likewise, the power sup ply to Patoli, Shiv Nagar, Subash Nagar, Govt. Quarter Sarwal Shanti Nagar, Paloura, Sheetli, Part of Sidhra, Bamyal, MES Nagrota, PHE Sheetli and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 29 from 10 am to 2 pm. Similarly, the power supply to Lakad Mandi, Patoli, Janipur Colony, Pamposh Colony, Ambredhar Nagar, High Court, Daily Excelsior Statistical Office and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 29 from 10 am to 12 noon. Meanwhile, Superintending Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL O&M Circle Kathua has informed that for replacement of 11 KV Panel and HT XLPE Power Cable, the shutdown of 33/11 KV Receiving Station Bhoond is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Bhoond, Sander, Maska and its adjoining areas will remain affected on November 29 from 9 am to 5 pm.
