JAMMU, Dec 2: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu & Kashmir unit today , protested and accused the BJP leadership for its double standard politics on 'Love Jihad" under the leadership of party president UT , J&K Manish Sahni, dozens of Shiv Sainiks protested and challenged the BJP to clarify its stand on Love Jihad in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sahni said that, the BJP leader has stirred up on 'love jihad ' across the country, but prefers to remain quiet in J&K. He said that if there is anything like love jihad, then it may prove to be the biggest threat to Jammu and Kashmir , because we are in minority here. Sahni said that BJP's party leaders, MPs are demanding hang till death or life time imprisonment for those who are involved in Love Jihad, but remains silent over this issue in J&K. He accused BJP leaders for petty and double standard politics.
Sahni, while answering the question to clarify his stand, said that his party is against fraud, inducement or forced conversion for marriage and for all this law should be implemented strictly, honestly and without politics. On this occasion Meenakshi Chibber (president Mahila wing) , Vikas Bakshi (Gen. Secretary) , Sofia Sagu (Mehila vice president) , Mangu Ram , Geeta Rani , Dimple Sumeet Kumar, Susheel Kumar were present.
