GDC Kalakote student participates trekking expedition

Jammu, Dec 6: Asif Karim a 5th semester student of GDC Kalakote Participate in Trekking Expedition from Bhaderwah to Jai Valley for ten days tracking expedition which was organized by the University of Jammu to explore the unexplored and unknown beauty of Bhaderwah.
A small function was held at GDC Kalakote in appreciation of Asif Karim. On this occasion Principal Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kr. Gupta praised the Asif Karim for his interest about such events which is pride of our college and boast other students to take part in such events. Principal of the college also advised the students if they get chance in future in such types of events avoid littering during the expedition and keep environment neat and clean by not throwing polythene and other things which pollute the nature.
Asif Karim explained the experience and his satisfaction of his expedition of Bhaderwah Valley. He said after exploring the Markha Valley of Ladakh last year he participates 2nd time in such an expedition. Experience was totally different and wonderful on the first day to explore the unknown beauty of Bhaderwah valley and its nature. All the trekkers climb to the Asha Pati Glacer which was very adventurous and full of risks.
On this occasion the faculty members and non-teaching staff were present are Prof. Anayat Ullah Khan, Prof. Sachin Kumar Bhagat, Dr. Afa Dul Mujiaba, Prof. Sanjogita Kumari, Dr. Pimkey Rakwal, Dr. Nasser ud din Sofi, Prof. Marve Batool Sofi, Dr. Shakoor Ahmed, Parvaiz Ahmad, Parveen Kumari, Divinder Singh and Vishav Jeet Dutta.
