52 Polling parties dispatched to Inderwal, Mughal Maidan for Phase-lV DDC polling

KISHTWAR, Dec 6: District election authority under the overall supervision of District Panchayat Election Officer, Ashok Kumar Sharma today dispatched 52 polling parties to their respective polling stations amid tight security.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pawan Parihar, SDM Chatroo Inderjeet Parihar, Joint Director Planning Mohammad Iqbal, ACR Kishtwar, Dr. Amir Hussain, Dy. DEO Kishtwar Masood Ahmed Bichoo, BDO Mughal Maidan Arun Kumar Badyal, Tehslidar Mughal Maidan Nayeem Iqbal, BDO Drabshalla Sobia Fatima,ARTO Kishtwar Er. Kuldeep Singh, AD FCS&CA Kishtwar Gh. Rasool, ENT Kishtwar Angrez Singh Jasrotia, Nodal Officer Ballot Boxes Arjun Singh, Inspector MVD Sanjeev Parihar besides Zonal & Sector Magistrates, Micro- Observers and other officers remained present on the occasion. The polling parties include 21 parties for Inderwal and 31 polling parties for Mughal Maidan DDC Constituencies.
Six candidates are in fray for Inderwal DDC constituency and 04 are contesting for Mughal Maidan DDC constituency and both seats are reserved for female candidates. For Sarpanch seat 06 candidates are in fray in Inderwal, and 02 candidates are in fray in Mughalmaidan Block.
Besides 12,534 voters are registered for 05- Inderwal DDC constituency and a total of 13, 940 voters are registered for 08-Mughalmaidan DDC Constituency.
