| Suman Bala conducts “Door to Door campaign” | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 6: Suman Bala DDC-contesting Independent candidate from Arnia-2 Constituency of District Jammu in her door to door campaign has appealed to the villagers to not get divided on religion or on party basis & give an opportunity in District Development Council’s election only to educated, sincere & honest candidate without any consideration of caste, creed, colour or any political affiliation. She further said that by these elections, democracy and democratic institutions should win and not any one belonging to any exploitative group, faction or Political Party and exclaimed that after 7 decades, time has come for the villagers to elect their own competent, bold, honest and educated person for their District Development Council Member so that he/She can project the genuine cause of his constituency very effectively, genuinely & honestly. She further said that it is a first step towards cleansing.
the old system of COMMISSION in Rural Development Department from bottom to top but it will be possible only if the public will support & elect the competent & honest independent candidates & reject the candidates supported by all tested traditional Political Parties. She further said that in rural development department across the J&K UT has still the old system of COMMISSION and it appears that nothing has changed even in the present dispensation headed by Lt. Governor. |
