SHO Rajbagh, CRPF extend financial help for girl’s marriage

kathua, Dec 6: SHO Rajbagh and CRPF Radio Operator Group collectively came forward to help a needy family for the marriage of their daughter by giving them the financial assistance of Rs 57500. As per report, when SHO Rajbagh Bhopinder Singh came to know about the marriage of a girl, whose family was in dire straits to organize and solemnize her wedding ceremony, he vowed to help them. SHO Singh managed financial assistance of Rs 57500 with the help of CRPF Radio Operator Group and handed over the same to Tara Singh, resident of village Kamal in district Kathua, which enabled the latter to perform the marriage ceremony of his. While talking to the Early Times, SHO Bhopinder Singh said “Apart from our official duty, we have social responsibility also. We will continue to help needy people in future also.” He also expressed his thanks to SSP Kathua and IG Jammu Mukesh Singh for their guidance to perform such social responsibility.
