DDC Polls: Panthers Party seeks votes in Ukhral, Batote

Ramban, Dec 6: Panthers Party Supremo Prof. Bhim Singh with senior leader of the Party visited Ukhral, Batote and other areas of Ramban District inspite of aggressive weather yesterday and this morning.
Inspite of bad weather the Panthers Party leader made it to Ramban and Ukhral in 9 hours. Hundreds of Panthers Party activists welcome Panthers Party leader on the way from Ramban to Ukhral with Cycle flag hoisting and slogans we shall overcome one day. Reached Ukhral 6 hours late and hundreds of Panthers Party activists received the Panthers Party leaders including Prof.Bhim Singh, Anita Thakur, Sewa Singh Bali, Ishwak Wani and others.
Hundreds of Panthers Party activists including the visiting leaders took out long procession in Ukhral. An impressive public meeting was held in the chowk. Several local leaders also addressed the public rally. Anita Thakur was the only leader and audience among the female. Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise that women in the Paharis areas are not participating in the people’s movement in the backward areas. He appealed to the political leadership to encourage women folk to participate in the political movement because the women have been given share in Parliament and State Assemblies. Prof.Bhim Singh regretted that the poor sessions of society in the villages as well as ST (Gujjar, Bakerwals and Gaddis) have not been given their constitutional right till day in J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh appealed the voters particularly in old Doda District including Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar to vote and support Panthers Party in the DDC Elections to the Bicycle.
He strongly appealed the voters to vote for Sewa Singh Bali in DDC election who has been working very hard for years. He admired Bali to resign from the Police twelve years back and took up the movement of Kissans and labourers in the area. Since he speaks in Urdu, Hindi, Pahari, Dogri and Kashmiri so he was appointed as General Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Panthers Trade Union. Anita Thakur appealed to all voters including the Absentee women to vote and support Panthers Party candidate Sewa Singh Bali and all others so that the Panthers Party shall do its best to serve the farmers and the working class.
Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprised how the BJP govt has chosen holding DDC and Panchayat Elections in December for the first time in the political history of J&K. However, he appealed the voters in Jammu & Kashmir to unite and vote and defied capitalist-exploiting class from routes in J&K so that the farmers and workers shall get there basic fundamental rights in the history.
