12/10/2020 11:59:27 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 10: Hailing observations of Justice Bindal Acting Chief Justice of High Court of JKUT & Ladhakh Union Territory, Vijay Sharma chairman Team Mask Force said the observation made by Justice should bring shivers into the spines of Administration of Both the Union Territories.
His sincerity in opening his mind towards the concern of Taxpayers Monies also known as State Ex Chequers Monies being so badly looted by all those due to the sheer Negligence of ill-conceived approach of all those employees which made to feel Hon'ble Justice to brandise them as "Kumbkarna" of Ramayan who was in deep slumber while his country was engulfed in deep troubles of war by Rama.
Justice while rejecting the petition case after observing that the rates quoted by Tendering firm were so higher that the same works could be executed even after four to five years on the same quoted rates. Sharma was for all high praise of Justice Bindal serious view of looting of Honest Taxpayers Monies which was being allowed to be looted by the Administration of JKUT and issued strict directions to Chief Secretary of JKUT with the warnings that the Judiciary under his control wouldn't bear with any deep slumber of employees working under the control of all those at the helm of affairs and that there'll be held accountable besides the employees concerned for disposal of pending matters in the courts.
It shouldn't be out of place to mention that Justice disposed of 80000 cases in record time during his tenure in Punjab and Haryana High Court. He has been Chairman of various important committees both in Haryana & while being in Erstwhile J&K High court as Hon'ble Justice & his exemplary approach towards Taxpayer monies is highly Laudable even by an ordinary citizen of JKUT& Ladhakh Union Territory.
