| JKSTEW Society pleads for implementation of e-HRM | | |

Jammu, Dec 12: JKSTEW Society appealed LG Manoj Sinha for Implementation of e-HRM (Electronic Human Resource Management System) in JK UT for facilitating All Employees of Union Territory for better Management of personnel through electronic service record which includes e-service Book, personnel Information System, Integration with PFMS for salary, GPF, retirement benefits and others, integration with SPARROW, transfers, Promotions, vigilance status etc.
Vijay Sharma in a press release to media pleaded for government employees as well and not only to cadre of Indian Administrative Services, KAS, Jr. KAS only as alleged in some media reports to begin with.
He urged Govt. that other employees should also be covered simultaneously in order to enable the registration on the portal, the data of the officer/Employees to be customized with the application requirements is required, as various mandatory fields required for the purpose are not available with the GENERAL Administration Department and the information already available also require updation.
The Society welcome Govt. intiative to begin with cadre post (IAS, KAS, Jr. KAS) but maintain that government employees of other cadre posts viz Engineering, Medical and other services be also kept on hold and circular instructions should also be kept issued to furnish required information through their respective HOD's to GAD for Implementation of e-HRM in near future as follow up action and demand of Society. |
