Breaking all previous records, winter capital Jammu today recorded just nearly freezing temperature of 0.2 degree Celsius during the night at Chatha observatory near Jammu Airport, while dense fog, frost, and bone-chilling cold weather continued to grip entire Jammu region for the last couple of days.
