PHDCCI hails new scheme for Industrial Development of J&K

JAMMU, Jan 8: Chairman Jammu Chapter, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Rahul Sahai while welcoming the new Industrial Development scheme for Jammu & Kashmir said that the Central Sector Scheme will result in employment generation for the youth and there by socio-economic development of the area. Rahul Sahai hailed Central Govt and Govt of Jammu & Kashmir for coming up with the holistic scheme which is offering balanced industrial Development in all the regions of UT also hailed working of Department of Industries and Commerce under the leadership of Manoj Dwivedi Comm Secretary Industries and Commerce and Anno Malhotra Director Industries & Commerce Jammu for a very detailed working for this industrial development scheme. Sahai offered full support and stressed on reaching out to investors from outside the state through PHDCCI. Rahul Sahai also appealed to Lt Governor Manoj Sinha for adding benefits for local industries who cannot invest upto 50 crores from the Govt of Jammu Kashmir so that small scale Industry and locals could be benefitted , Sahai said he is confident that Govt of J&K will definitely think for local unit holders too.
Kuldeep Gupta and Sanjay Aggarwal Co-Chairman PHDCCI Jammu also hailed the Central Sector Scheme for Industrial Development of Jammu & Kashmir and assured full support from PHDCCI Jammu in this regard, Kuldeep Gupta said this scheme will be transforming the Industrial ecosystem of entire J&K, Sanjay Aggarwal said Direct & Indirect employment opportunity for about 4.5 lakh people would be a landmark. “In particular PHDCCI lauds the scheme for its attractiveness and relevance for both small units as well as large investors as also offering lower compliances and covering block levels for balanced growth of the entire UT. The Prime Minister, Ministry of Commerce & Industry , Ministry Of Home Affairs and LG of J&K has come out with a visionary, forward-looking, and far-sighted Policy catering to all segments of business leading J&K to an Atmanirbhar and Investment Hub in the true sense,” the statement reads. “On behalf of PHDCCI and entire industry fraternity of J&K we thank Government of J&K administration headed by Manoj Sinha for their proactive approach to boost the economy by releasing the new Industrial Development Scheme of J&K and bringing remarkable reforms and incentives for Investments in J&K.” “We assure the Prime Minister and Lieutenant Governor, and the Home Minister that PHDCCI will work hand in hand with the Government in the implementation of the policy both heart and in spirit,” said Rahul Sahai Chairman PHDCCI Jammu.
