REASI, Jan 28: As part of the series of programmes marking 32nd National Road Safety Awareness Month, the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD), Reasi organized an awareness-cum-orientation programme for drivers and conductors at Pouni today.
On the occasion, the drivers and conductors of commercial vehicles were made aware about the safety measures to be adopted and followed while operating on roads.
An on the spot inspection of vehicles was also conducted during the programme.
Among others ARTO Reasi Rajesh Gupta, SHO Pouni besides Sarpanchs and Panchs of several adjoining Panchayats as well as a large number of locals were also present on the occasion. |
