JAMMU, Feb 6: Gangyal Police today rescued a kidnaped minor girl from Uttar Pradesh.
"On 03-02-2021, a written application was received at Police Station Gangyal from the mother of a kidnapped girl that her 15 years old daughter went on 02-02-21 to honda Food factory Gangyal but did not return back home. On this, a case FIR no. 03/21 U/S 363 IPC was registered at Police station Gangyal and investigation was started", official sources said.
They further said that after this special teams of Police Station Gangyal under the supervision of SDPO South Parshotam Menghi were constituted. The team led by SHO Gangyal Inspr. Raghuvir Singh connected the various leads and a team went for search of the accused in Kanpur, U.P.
"Where after hectic efforts and with the support of technical assistance of the native police of the concerned areas finally the kidnapped minor girl was recovered from accused in U P and three accused persons Achyut Naik, Badal Nak Gokul Naik and Dipak Nahak all resident of Odisha and presently at Champ Factory Gangyal Jammu were also arrested", they said, adding that further investigation of the case is going on. |
