JAMMU, Feb 8:A meeting of AIMCCC was held at Jagti township under the presidentship of its president Desh Rattan Pandita
During the meeting it was decided by the members that if Ayushman Bharat golden cards were not issued immediately to KPmigrants, AIMCCC will launch a protest outside Raj Bhavan Jammu , he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that a health insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh per head under PM-SEHAT scheme was announced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year for all and in this regard registration camps for the same were organised at Jagti for Kashmiri migrants also on Gandhi jayanti last, but now more than four months have passed not a single card was received by any camp inmate till date.
Regarding delay and discrimination with KPs,vice president of AIMCCC BK Raina lambasted the men at helms for their pathetic and irresponsive approach and said that though we have paid for these cards but due to their non seriousness towards their duties the situation has worsen,he added.
Those who spoke during the meeting include P N Jalali,M M Kanth,J L Raina, Vinoo Misri, Raj Kumar Koul, Satesh Koul, and Sunil kachroo.
