Amarjeet gets Doctorate degree in Fine Arts

Jammu, Apr 1: A faculty member at the Institute of Music and Fine Arts, University of Jammu, Amarjeet Singh has added another feather in his cap after completing his Doctorate degree in Fine Arts (Applied Art) from Kurukshetra University.
By doing so he has become the first and the only aspirant from the UT’s of J&K and Ladakh to touch this milestone till date.
It is a feat of its unique kind and it is certainly the beginning of yet another innings in the glorious career of the young artist.
He has recently completed his PhD from Kurukshetra University and it is extremely credible, to pursue such a tasking professional lifestyle n still fulfill the academic pursuits. That spark kindles day night to make what we call artist Amar, the infallible, the dreamer, the achiever, one and only, an all-rounder.
His expertise has been recognized, acknowledged and applauded both nationally and internationally. Besides, he is instrumental in cultivating a whole new fleet, by grooming scores of naïve students into budding artists, as a faculty, at the prestigious, Institute of Music and Fine Arts, University of Jammu, of which he is an alumnus, as well.
The credit of chiseling out a persona, of his caliber goes to his parents, in general and his teachers, in particular, who put in their best, to nurture him, providing him with the best inputs at the budding stage so that he blossomed into a flowering tree, who has been spreading his essence, wherever way he has passed through.
He has tested his photography skills also and qualified NET in Visual Arts itself. His research papers have been widely published in national and international journals and acclaimed worldwide.
His artworks have adorned the walls of various exhibitions in and outside J&K, besides beautifying the City of Temples.
