JAMMU, Apr 1: Delivering good governance with pragmatic approach at the doorsteps of the people is the priority of BJP led government at the Centre.
This was stated by Bharat Bhushan Bodhi, Chairman DDC Jammu district and ex MLA while chairing a Gram Sabha meeting at Panchayat Showa here. Sarpanch Nasim Fatima along with their Nine Panches, Block Development Officer, Bhalwal, Siama Sharief, Panchayat Secretary Preti Kohli and officers of all departments of Panchayat level were present.
The DDC Chairman said that the BJP Government at Centre is committed to provide all basic facilities to people at their doorstep as the party is the party leadership is committed to work for equitable development of both the regions of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. Bharat Bhushan said that several developmental projects are coming up in near future as sufficient funds have been provided by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the assurance that 100 percent funds are utilized on grounds without compromising the quality of work during execution.
On being apprised of the problems pertaining to road connectivity, water supply, electricity and other basic amenities and developmental needs by locals of the area, the DDC Chairman assured them that all their genuine concerns will be looked into on priority.
