VC, JDA Rohit Khajuria reviews pace of ongoing works 4/3/2021 11:31:24 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 3: Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority Rohit Khajuria has taken a meeting of Senior officers of the Deptt. in his office chamber and reviewed the works taken up by the Deptt. The meeting was attended by Director Land Management, JDA, Secretary, JDA, Collector Land Acquisition, JDA Financial Advisor & CAO, JDA, Chief Town Planner and Executive Engineer, JDA Division No. II. Vice Chairman has directed the Secretary JDA to provide the list of vacant plots to be handed over in Upper and Lower Roop Nagar Colonies by or before 6-4-2021 and all vacant plots of JDA colonies will be demarcated and layout by team of Engineering and Revenue wing of JDA within time frame of 7 days. Executive Engineer, JDA Div. No. II was also directed to submit the proposal regarding the costing of laying down the plinth work (Boundary line) of all allotted vacant plots of above said colonies including the cost of erection of sign boards duly numbered for handing over the possession to all the allottees by 6th of April 2021. Henceforth, it was also decided that the possession of pending plots will be handed over under the supervision of Vice Chairman/Director Land management/Collector Land Acquisition/Secretary, JDA within 07 days by completing all the requisite requirements. Secretary JDA was directed to submit the list of vacant plots of all the JDA Colonies. Further Vice Chairman has constituted a committee comprising Director Land Management, JDA, (Head) Chief Town Planner, JDA (Member), Assistant Architect and Assistant Town Planner (Member) JDA to clear the pending NOC's for Building Permission Cases.
