DLSA Reasi hosts online awareness prog to mark Int’l Labour Day

REASI, May 1: As per the Calendar of activities issued by the J &K State Legal Services Authority for the month of May, District Legal Services Authority Reasi, under the guidance and supervision of R N Watal Chairman, organised an online awareness programme to mark the International Labour Day.
The workers of two Construction Companies of District Reasi namely Afcon Co. and Max infra Co. besides PLVs participated in the online session.
The objective of organising this programme was to recognise the hard work and achievements of Labour class and also to appreciate their contribution to the society.
Secretary Legal Service Authority, Reasi Rekha Kapoor Nischal gave an introductory address on the occasion whereas Panel Lawyers namely M.S Mir, Shaliender Bhardwaj, Ajay Salaria and Shazia Punjabi spoke on the different Labour Legislations and schemes of the Government for workers and the role of District Legal Service Authority, Reasi. The Secretary DLSA also delivered the vote of thanks to participants for making this Online Programme successful. The Programme was also joined by Ld. Special Mobile Magistrate, Assma Choudhary and Munsiff, Mahore, who is also Chairperson of TLSC Mahore.
