GDC Reasi organizes online intra-college quiz competition

REASI, May 6: To celebrate 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji, Govt. General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College Reasi (J&K) organized an online intra-college quiz competition on the life and teachings of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji.
A number of students of the college participated in the quiz. A questionnaire was prepared by the organizing team using Google forms and link was shared with the students. Students were asked to attempt the quiz by clicking on the link. Quiz took place on 06.05.2021 and was kept open from 11.00 am to 2:00 pm. About 93 students of the college attempted the quiz. E- certificates were issued to all the participants. Event was organized by Dr. Anu Sharma, Head Dept. of Botany, Dr. Amit Bali, NSS Programme officer, and Prof. Sunil Mangotra, NCC Officer.
Quiz was organized as per the directions of J&K Higher Education Dept. Quiz was organized with the aim of educating the students about the life and sacrifices of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji. Teachers are trying their best to engage the students who are away from the college campus by organizing online events and activities. Whole event was organized under the able guidance of Dr. Chander Shekhar, Principal of the college.
