RAMBAN, May 6: Department of Indian System of Medicine (ISM), AYUSH today distributed immunity booster medicines among the frontline workers and employees of various departments here at District Administrative Complex, Maitra.
District Nodal Officer, ISM, Ramban, Dr. Sanjay Chadha informed that the set of immunity booster AYUSH medicines distributed among the employees includes 6 types of Ayurvedic and Unani medicines.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmed; Senior Pharmacist, Subash Chander and other paramedical staff also made people aware about the efficacy of Indian System of Medicines in the time of Covid-19 pandemic, especially for frontline workers. They also advised them to maintain social distancing and follow other guidelines as per protocol. They further exhorted upon them to further aware the people about preventive measures and importance of use of AYUSH medicines in current times of Covid-19 pandemic, especially for those who are working at vulnerable spots.
They said that medicines provided by the Director ISM, AYUSH, Dr Mohan Singh, offer a great help in reduction of respiratory disorders, increasing immune system and improving overall strength and vitality among humans. |
