Early Times Report

Jammu, May 17: Samvedna Society under the chairmanship of Keshav Chopra today distributed ration among the needy at Talab Tillo, a total of 35 dry ration kits distributed during the programme.
Speaking on the occasion Keshav Chopra said that with the ongoing lockdown in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have quickly adapted to work from home, while a large part of our community has been going to bed without knowing if they will be able to afford a meal for their family the next day.
Workers at construction sites, shops, restaurants; delivery staff and the daily wager community has seen their only source of income come to a screeching halt, leaving them with no means to earn themselves a meal during these days of lockdown so I call upon the privileged community of society of Jammu to come forward and help the needy section of the society.
Every member of society has to follow five key steps to protect their health in line with WHO guidance, focused on hand washing, coughing etiquette, not touching face, Social distance and staying home, Keshav further added. Manoj Tandon, Divyansh Gupta, Nakul, Nitansh Gupta, Mohit Gupta was also Present during the programme
