5/18/2021 12:27:34 AM
Early Times Report

Rajouri, May 17: Rotary Club Grand Rajouri has come forward to help the attendants of Covid symptomatic patients admitted in GMC Rajouri and for those families who are in isolation with covid positive members with cooked food.
The members and volunteers of the club started the ‘langar seva’ for this purpose from Wednesday onwards and are daily serving the needy. Lokesh Bakshi President Rotary Club Grand Rajouri said that the meals are being provided to attendants of the patients who are admitted in GMC Rajouri who are unable to get food as many of the positive patients are from outside areas and are unable to manage food. Two dedicated phone numbers 9419170387 and 7006121977 have been issued by the club to book ‘langar’ meals.
Those seeking lunch have to book it over the phone by 10 am.
Food is delivered by the evening. Currently dozens of club members and volunteers are cooking and distributing the food at the GMC Rajouri.
At present, we are receiving orders for about 150 attendants on daily basis which is expected to increase further as many people infected with virus are being admitted.
