Jammu, May 18: During the ongoing Lockdown, people who used earn their living selling street food on bicycles, cobblers, small tea stall vendors, etc who have lost their source of income during this uncertain lockdown need help of society. Gandhi Nagar People’s Front in collaboration with ABVP is going to distribute food amongst 200 needful families. While informing the media Deepak Gupta said that a ration kit shall comprise of 5kg Wheat 5kg rice 1 litre mustard oil 1kg sugar 1 kg salt 1kg daal 1kg nutri and 100 gms Tea. He said this is not from the aid of any government organization. Deepak further said the quality of ration shall be enough for 10 days duration for a family of four persons. He said any person who needs support at the time of crisis can tag him on FB by typing @ActivistForCause and his group will try to reach them as soon as possible. He further made an appeal to the government to start vaccination drives for 18+ years of age group, so that the days of disparity end soon. He also said many campaigns are under way to help them in the time of crisis.
