| SSP Reasi felicitate Sr citizen Yog Raj Mengi on Golden Jubilee of marital life | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 18: Yog Raj Mengi, sr citizen & renowned social activist of Reasi got married on 17th of June 1971 and completed 50 years of his married life.
On the occasion of Golden Jubilee of his marriage anniversary, SSP Reasi Shailender Singh congratulated him and felicitated him at District Police Office Reasi.
Recently Mengi played a leading role in construction of Shaheed Kamal Kishore memorial Dwar in Reasi Town.
Yog Raj Mengi, 75 years of age, a kabaddi player of his time, also played vital role during Covid 19 waves by stitching and distributing 15,000 mask among the needy people free of cost. This role of Sh Mengi was recognized by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India in famous Mann ki Baat Program. LG of J&K has also complimented the Sr Citizen by voice call on phone. SSP and all Ranks of Reasi Police prayed for healthy life of the couple. |
