Jammu, June 22: Many organizations continue the work to serve the needy in these tough times, a social organization called Shri Annapurna Bank has been doing great work for humanity. They organized a Langer at Janipur where thousands were provided with cooked food.
Former State President BJP and distributed the food amongst the needy. He was also accompanied by Corporator Ward 37 Sunita Gupta, Mandal President BJP Raveesh Mengi, team of Annapurna organization and political activists of the area.
Pertinent to mention, the organization is also involved in other social activities including helping needy girls in their marriages, helping in education for needy children and many other things.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma lauded the efforts of organization Annapurna Bank and said that people like them proves that humanity still prevails and it always wins over evil. He said many organizations in these tough times have been doing a great amount of social work and they have also proved that the human race is united in the war against Covid and it will be definitely won by humanity, he added. He said the whole world is impacted by the pandemic and in this situation we must try to help each other which also make a ray of hope alive amongst us that everybody is together.
Sunita and Raveesh appreciated the efforts of Former MLA Sat Sharma for promoting such organizations which are helping the needy and they also said that under the leadership of Former MLA thousands of souls were provided with major relief which helped them a lot during the pandemic.
Jugal Babbar, Vinod, Sanjay Anana, Parveen Anand, Vikas Sodhi, Rajan Gupta, Sahil Gupta, Bittoo Sharma, Vicky Sharma and several others were also present. |
