PYC organizes Ayush medical camp at Thattar

JAMMU, July 20: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) organized Ayush Medical camp in collaboration with Indian System of Medicines (ISM) Department at Thathar in Bantalab here today.
While Dr Jatinder Kumar MD was in-charge of the camp, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress President, Udhay Bhanu Chib was the chief guest during the function attended by party workers and a large number of people. Immunity boosting medicines alongwith masks and sanitizers were distributed among the locals of the area as part of the party's endeavour in fight against Coronavirus.
Addressing people on the occasion PYC President, Udhay Bhanu Chib appreciated Ayush Department represented by Dr Jatinder Kumar, Youth Congress workers, Santosh Bhagat President and KS Manhas Sr. Vice President of (Thathar Welfare Committee) for holding Covid-19 medical camp amid the ongoing pandemic across the nation. He said that today there is a dire need to hold such camps for general public and provide free immunity boosters to strengthen their immunity. More than this there is a need to create awareness among the people about the necessity of following Covid-19 SOPs besides ensuring that every individual gets vaccinated at the earliest to defeat the virus.
Chib asserted that to fight the ongoing pandemic we all have to come together and raise massive awareness about the dos and don'ts viz-a-viz the pandemic. He thanked Dr Jatinder Kumar for making the smooth functioning of the camp possible. He also expressed gratitude to AYUSH-ISM for providing immunity boosting medicines distributed during the camp.
Meanwhile he appealed to the people to maintain social distancing and wear masks while visiting markets and other places besides visiting their nearest vaccination centre to get vaccinated at the earliest.
Dr Jatinder Kumar in-charge of the camp thanked the organizers especially the youth workers for organizing such a smoothly conducted camp. Prominent among others present on the occasion were Dr Sonika Gupta, Dr Sandeep Bhagat, Dr Rosy, Dr Monika Gupta, Sudhir Singh pharmacist, Ishpal Singh , Akash, Poonam Sharma all from Ayush Department besides Thathar Welfare Committee President Santosh Bhagat and Sr. Vice President K.S Manhas; Sunny Jatt President Assembly Youth Congress Raipur Domana and Sourabh Sharam VP AYC Raipur Domana.
