Nawa Poonch registers written complaint against ACR for damaging public property

POONCH, Aug 7: Assistant Commissioner Revenue Poonch Zaheer Ahmed Kaifi allegedly damaged public property in Poonch here on 4th of August. According to the sources, "ACR has used JCB to damage Guru Nanak Children Park in Purani Poonch". Social organization 'Nawa Poonch' has registered a written complaint in police station Poonch against said ACR for lodging of FIR against said officer. In this regard chairman Nawa Poonch advocate Sanjiv Sharma has called on DySP headquarter Poonch and appealed him to lodged FIR under different sections of law. How an officer without any reason can damage public property?. Nawa Poonch further asked. They have appealed to SSP Poonch, SHO Poonch to lodged FIR against said officer. They further said, "of police failed to to lodged FIR, they will approach to honorable court for the justice of general public. Remember, "this park was used by public for evening and morning walk. When our correspondent asked SHO Poonch about the matter, he said that the application is against an officer, they can't lodged FIR without consulting higher concern authorities. He assured for legal action for public interest.
