Capacity building programme concludes

Jammu, Aug 7: The four day “Capacity Building” Training Programme for the officers of ACB, J&K, 05 days Cyber Forensics Course and one week Training of Trainers (TOT) Course, culminated today at S.K. Police Academy Udhampur.
Sixty nine Police officers/ officials from all over the state attended the training programmes. Mohan Lal, JKPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Indoor) S.K Police Academy Udhampur was the chief guest in the valediction.
Mohan Lal reiterated that corruption is the principle factor in underperformance, it creates trust deficit while roping in public servants enjoying influence, the investigating officer has to be professionally sound. While addressing course participants of Cyber Forensics, he expressed optimism in view of their energies if channelized in the right direction. Mohan Lal also laid emphasis on the enhancement of the skill in Cyber Forensics which is one of the major challenges to law enforcement agencies. He expressed that the knowledge gained during the training programme will help the participants to a great extent in their respective field. Whereas, participants of TOT Course were advised to exhibit Knowledge, Skill & attitude as trainers.
Sincere efforts were made to arrange best faculty to enrich the knowledge of the participants of the different courses and the sessions remained participative on the issues of Financial Literacy, Bank Fraud, use of Cyber Forensic in investigation of corruption cases etc. During his valedictory address Mohan Lal expressed his gratitude to all the learned speakers from ACB, Financial Literacy, FSL, Finance Department, CBI, Jr. Cyber Consultant and faculty from SKPA Udhampur for enriching the knowledge of the participants.
The certificates of participation were also given away by the Dy. Director SKPA Udhampur and his team. The audience was informed that organising such courses for capacity building is the vision of our DGP and unrelenting efforts of Director SKPA, Udhampur. The valediction was attended by Suraj Singh, Asstt. Director (Trgs./R&D) K.K Sharma, Asstt. Director (Q) Ramesh Kataria, Dy.SP(S) Private Secretary to Director, Tahir Hussain, Asstt. Director (Admn.) (Course Director), Sunmati Gupta, Asstt. Director (Outdoor) & Nayeem Abass Hamdani, Jr. Cyber Consultant SKPAU.
