JAMMU, Aug 8: Large number of people today joined the Apni Party from the Subash Nagar area of Jammu District.
As per a statement to the press, a function was organized at Subhash Nagar by Dr Rohit Gupta, Provincial Secretary, Apni Party along with Daljeet Singh and Mangal Singh, District Jammu Urban Secretary.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Rohit Gupta said that developmental activities in Subash Nagar are going at snail pace. He said that the issues like unscheduled power cuts and improper drinking water are the main concerns of the people which should be addressed by the concerned authorities.
He said that the people have highlighted their demands before the concerned authorities, but no one listens to them. He said that the PDD and Jal Shakti Department should ensure 24/7 electricity and clean drinking water to the people of Subash Nagar. |
