| Manhas calls on MoS Skill development, discuss various issues | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 27: Former President BJP J&K and Ex-MP Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas met with MoS Skill development and entrepreneurship Rajeev Chandrashekhar Shamsher Singh Manhas discussed various matters with honorable MoS. He also brought into notice of the minister that Jammu and Kashmir has a great potential in terms of skill development and could emerge as a hub of skill development programmes if adequate training facilities are provided to union territory. He also requested the minister to depute a full time Director Mission Skill Development J&K so that a proper platform is provided to the youth which could help them in getting better employment opportunities. He further said that due to the lack of a full time dedicated Director the numerous policies and grants of Skill development and entrepreneurship ministry are lagging behind in the union territory of J&K especially in Jammu region.
