PVS to honour meritorious students on Sept 19

JAMMU, Sept 2: Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha (PVS) decided to honour the meritorious students and others who have excelled in academics, art, sports and culture in a function to be held on September 19 at Vishwakarma Temple, Gurha More, Bakshi Nagar, here.
"Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha is going to honour the meritorious students of the Vishwakarma Community on September 19 (Sunday) at 10 AM at Vishwakarma Temple," Shashi Verma, president of the Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha, told reporters here on Thursday.
"Besides the meritorious students some more dignified personalities of the community would also be honoured in the programme," he added.
He appealed to all the students of the community to deposit their concerning documents by September 13, 2021 till 6 PM.
For contact and depositing their documents, Shashi Verma said, students can approach him on Mobile No 9682545696 besides General Secretary Vijay Kumar on 7051384104 and Joint Secretary Jagdish Verma on 9858053667.
He said that Presidents of respective District units will be responsible for bringing the meritorious students and their parents to the function.
The press conference was also attended by Rakesh Chalotra (Senior Vice President), Vijay Kumar (General Secretary), Jagdish Verma (Joint Secretary), Rt Capt Lal Chand (Senior), Ravi Verma (ex-President), Rattan Changotra (Vice President), Parshotam Kumar (Vice President), Charanjeet Chalgotra (Senior Vice President) and Vinod Jarail (Chief Organizer).
