| Dr. Ajaz Ahmed Wani publishes 39 papers during Covid-19 pandemic | | |

Jammu, Sept 5: Dr. Ajaz Ahmed Wani Head Department of Zoology Govt.Degree College Doda taking the advantage of lockdown has published 39 papers in different journals of national and international repute like international journal of life science from United Kingdom, Haya a journal from Saudi Arabia, Asian Journal of Medical Sciences, International journal of biological innovation etc.
Some of the important publication are impact of Covid- 19 lockdown Agriculture mental health and suicidal risk, an outbreak of major pandemic in the light of Islam, decline of vulture population of Chenab region of Jammu and Kashmir, lockdown and its impact on menstrual cycle of females, distribution of Langur in Chenab region, psychological impact of Covid -19 in children a case study in quarantine centre GDC Doda, Covid 2nd wave and mucormycosis , Vegetational Association and altitudinal distribution of birds in Chenab region and how pandemic has changed the way of worship and more are yet to come. Dr. Wani has also delivered many invited talks in many national and international conferences and also jointly organised conferences and workshops.
It is pertinent to mention here that he was recently awarded Indo Asian Excellence Award by International Multi-disciplinary Research Foundation (IMRF) and Doctor of Literature (D.Lit.) by United Nation peace university USA and has many awards in his credit. |
