Sat appeals masses to download Modi app

JAMMU, Sept 26: Under Sewa Samarpan Abhiyaan, a programme was held in Ward No 41 of Jammu West Assembly segment where former minister and ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) along with other senior functionaries of the party interacted with a large number of people and people were asked and appealed to download Narendra Modi app on their cell phones in order to know about the recent developments of the Central Government including the schemes launched by the Government for the welfare of masses.
The programme was organized by Councillor Sanjay Baru and Ward President Ashok Wazir. Mandal President Keshav Chopra, District General Secretary Rajesh Gupta, JMC Councillors Jeet Angral & Hardeep Singh Mankotia and several others accompanied the former MLA.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the application provides updates on the day-to-day activities of PM Narendra Modi. He said it presents an opportunity to receive messages and emails directly from the PM and there is also an option to contribute and earn 'badges' through to-do tasks. He stated that using the app, one can tune-in and listen to the various 'Mann ki Baat' editions of Prime Minister Modi, read his blogs, and get to know more about him from the biography section. He also stated that the app provides comprehensive information on initiatives and achievements of the Union Government, including an 'infographics' section.
Sanjay Baru said that under the ongoing Sewa Samarpan Abhiyan, such programs are being held under the leadership of former MLA in all Wards of Jammu West.
Jaideep Sambyal, Vinod Singh Wazir, Brijesh Gupta, Jitendra Khajuria, Rakesh Sharma, Jatin Sethi, Bubesh Sharma, Jugal Sharma, Jangjit Singh, Ashish Magotra, Rajesh Thakur, Vijay Gupta, Vikas Khajuria and others were also present on the occasion.
