DLSA Udhampur conducts inter-school Essay Competition

UDHAMPUR, Oct 4: In connection with the Pan India Awareness and Outreach Campaign launched under the aegis of "AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV), District Legal Services Authority Udhampur today conducted Essay Competition on the topic "FREEDOM MOVEMENT" through Five Legal Literacy Clubs of Government Higher Secondary School Kud, Government Model Higher Secondary School Majalta, Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School Udhampur, Government Model Higher Secondary Ramnagar and Government Model Girls Hr. Secondary Udhampur via virtual Mode.
The event was held under the guidance of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Udhampur
The principals of the schools were instructed to select five Essays of the Students from each School and share the same with Secretary DLSA Udhampur on the designated whatsapp Group. The Secretary personally interacted with the Principals, Staff and the Students. The best Essays were judged Ist, 2nd and 3rd and the winners were presented merit certificates, while the rest of the Students who participated in the Essay Competition were given the appreciation Certificates.
Similar Essay Competitions were organised through local Legal Literacy Clubs by the Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Ramnagar, Chenani and Majlata.
