| Sat distributes Ayushman Cards, dry ration amongst people | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 4: In a programme organized by JMC Councillor Ward 12, Jeet Angral, former minister Sat Sharma (CA) distributed dozens of Ayushman Sehat Cards and dry ration amongst the residents of Krishna Nagar and adjoining areas. He was also accompanied by District General Secretary BJP Rajesh Gupta, local residents and political activists of the area. They also provided Cards to aged people at their doorsteps.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma appreciated the efforts of the Councillor and thanked her for looking into the grievances of the people seriously. He also thanked PM Narendra Modi and LG Manoj Sinha for giving benefits of Ayushman Bharat (Sehat Scheme) to each and every resident of Jammu and Kashmir. He said such a thing has never happened in the history of this country where every resident has been covered under the scheme. He also stated that thousands of people were benefited under various Central sponsored schemes of Central Government including PMGKAY (Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Ann yojana) and who are left behind in terms of benefit of these schemes are being tracked by our team and every possible assistance will be provided to them.
Jeet Angral highlighted the developmental works done by former MLA in all 26 wards of Jammu West and stated that lifestyle of common man has improved during the last six years. He said that Ward 12 was not a clean ward before but after construction of Krishna Nagar Nallah with the efforts of former MLA, the condition in Krishna Nagar and Canal road has improved a lot and water from rains does not stand on roads now which created flood like situation in the area before.
