JAMMU, Nov 11: Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) criticized the dictatorial attitude of SMVDU administration and keeping the employees for the years together on so called contractual basis just to exploit them otherwise what is the logic of keeping the employees on contract employment if the post is of permanent nature even than there should be an logic and reason for termination for if any misconduct the university administration has set up two set of rules one for facility and one for nonteaching staff intentionally just to oppress the employees and to appoint their favourite ones BMS support the non teaching employees agitation demands that the no any employee should be sacked if there is no any proved misconduct and service rules must be same for all the employees and condemn the central Govt as well as state Govt for casualization of employments in all the sectors and hell bent upon to deprive the employment guaranty and social security and is anti working class and on the other hand full life time financial security to MLA,s and MP even if they elected just for two or three years on tax payers money said in a press release issued by Harbans Choudhary, senior leader and working president of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh J&K. |
