Resolution against BSF unpardonable act by Congress: Kavinder
Slams Punjab CM over remarks against RSS & BJP, Art 370 abrogation
11/11/2021 10:48:53 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 11: Taking serious view of the resolution passed in Punjab Assembly against the BSF, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta said that Congress is stooping so low that it has left Pakistan behind in sabotaging the steps taken by the government to teach a lesson to enemies of the country.
Kavinder said that no nationalist in the country can even imagine that a state assembly can pass a resolution against the security force which is shouldering the responsibility of safeguarding the borders of the nation. This is a brazen act of shamelessness by the Congress and should be condemned by one and all in the country.
In a hard-hitting rejoinder to the statement made by Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi against RSS and BJP, and abrogation of Article 370, Kavinder said that Congress leadership in Punjab is concocting baseless stories and raking up irrelevant issues to conceal the internal bickering in the party.
The BJP stalwart leader said that the deteriorating situation of Punjab Congress is well known to one and all in the country but taking a last chance CM Channi is trying to divert the attention of people by raking up inappropriate issues which have no basis at all. He said that RSS and BJP are the most respectable parties in the country at the moment and enjoyed the same status since the day these came into existence and therefore these do not require any certificate from the Congress leaders which are at the moment proving out to be the biggest enemies of their own very party and are confronting with each other on even petty issues.
The former Deputy Chief Minister said that Punjab CM Channi's remark on Article 370 abrogation is very unfortunate as this was the historic step of the PM Narendra Modi led government for ensuring complete integration of J&K with India. "Any person having rationale and a logical mind will appreciate the decision which has broken the barrier between J&K and India, and made it possible for the people of J&K to enjoy all the rights being enjoyed by fellow countrymen without any restriction or bounding", he said, adding that the statement by CM Channi reflects that the Congress leader is still a novice in politics and needs more experience to give statements on such crucial issues which are significant for the country and its people. He said that Congress High Command should take cognizance of such statements by their junior leaders as these can have deleterious effects on the national front.
