| Sunita Raina appointed as Srinagar District Incharge SAYWS | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 17: National General Secretary of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra Welfare Society (SAYWS), Raju Chandel, said that Sunita Raina has been appointed as SAYWS District Incharge (Prabhari) for Srinagar. Addressing a press conference here today, Chandel said that Sunita Raina will do the work of upcoming Shri Amarnath ji yatra with utmost sincerity while occupying this position.
Chandel said that he believes that more and more people of Kashmir Valley will cooperate with Raina in making this Yatra a success and will leave no stone unturned in creating mutual Hindu-Muslim brotherhood.
"This time around 20 lakh devotees are expected to come from all over the country in the yatra, due to this. I feel very proud to appoint Sunita Raina, who has a good reputation and social hold in Kashmir Valley, to this post. And I hope that all the Hindu Muslim brothers and sisters of Jammu and Kashmir together will complete the journey of Baba Barfani in a very peaceful manner," said Chandel. Chandel requested IGP Kashmir to provide adequate security to Sunita Raina in view of the upcoming Baba Amarnath Yatra. |
