| Kavi Darbar held on eve of Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 17: A Kavi Darbar was organized by Talent Writers Forum JK and Shri Radha Madhav Trust chairman Rajesh Bittu under the presidentship of Deputy Mayor JMC Purnima Sharma.
The Kavi Darbar was organized on the auspicious occasion of the 552nd Prakash Utsav of Shri Nanak Dev in which many poets and poetesses participated and recited their poems. On the occasion, Stat Singh, Baljeet Raina, Rajpal Singh Mastana, DS Vishavnagrik, Amin Banhali, Irfan Arifv, Randhir Singh Raipuria, Vijay Thakur, SS Cholvi and Varinderjeet Singh (Vice president BJP J&K) were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Mayor JMC, Purnima Sharma said that every year on the occasion of the Prakash Utsav of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Kavi Dabar is organized by Talent Writers Forum JK in which many poets and poetesses from different parts of J&K participate.
She further praised and thanked Talent Writers Forum JK and Radha Madhav Trust for their wonderful initiative and all the poets and poetesses for participating in it and making it a great success and further congratulated everyone on the occasion of Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev ji.
Narayan Singh (Rajputa Sabha president) Rajesh Sharma (Mahant ji) (Chairman J&K Cooperative Union) Jafar Hussain (president Muslim Federation) Ashiq Hussain (Shia biradri chief), Rajesh Gupta (president Vishav Hindu Prishad) and others were also present on the occasion . |
