| Councilor Rahul meets residents of Bahu apartments, vows to address their problems | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: Residents of Bahu apartments today met Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) councilor ward Gandhi Nagar, Rahul Kumar and highlighted the problems and issues faced by them. The residents raised several issues mainly pertaining to poor sanitation in the area, door to door collection of garbage by JMC, inadequate and defective street lights including the mast lights.
Rahul gave a keen and patient hearing to the members of the residents’ delegation and assured them that very soon he would take up the issues highlighted by them with the appropriate authorities and get these resolved at the earliest. He said that equitable development of all areas is the main concern of the government at the centre for which he said it is inevitable to pay focused attention on cleanliness and sanitation as it has a direct impact on the health of people.
Rahul said that he would leave no stone unturned in contributing in this direction to transform the canvass of his constituency. He said that Jammu & Kashmir is witnessing an unprecedented number of developmental projects on ground and that too being carried out at an unprecedented pace. |
